The site has been rezoned.

However, the site does not have its Site Plan Approval in place.

There are no building permits applied for, let alone issues here.

However, the building at the corner has had its demo permit since 2020.

Thank you for some insights to this area. demo permit as demolition? I was at the site yesterday, looks like whatever was there before are gone, just left with a small piece of land

Thanks. You seem to be quite experienced with condo constructions, what is your opinion on the development of this site, do you think construction might start soon, or will it take another 5 years? I am concerned because I have a unit next door, 108 Peter, facing north, basically facing the site. It will block the entire view if this is going to be a high rise.
 
Height hasn't changed (as far as my amateur eye can tell) but the podium design has been changed:
