I happen to think this is a decent proposal, but the lack of a setback is an issue.

It won't leave adequate space for street tree growth, maybe not even for pedestrian volumes given the level of intensification proposed on multiple sites here.

Otherwise, this one should get an easy ride.

But I think they have to cave on the setback.

The new rendering is updated in the database! There are minor project information changes for one of the buildings. The total heights remain the same from 29.15m & to 28.85m. The total storey count remains the same at 8 & 8 storeys. Finally, the total unit count changed from 143 units to 132 units in one of the buildings.
