The new renderings are updated in the database! The overall storey count of the building increased slightly from 39 storeys to 40 storeys. The overall building heights increased from124.96m to 130.1m. The total unit count remains the same at 440 units. Finally, the total parking spaces remained at 99 parking spaces.

The renderings are taken from the architectural plan via Rezoning Submission!
 
Oh great! I wonder if we would see activities at this location by year's end?

I live next door, and this lot has been an eye sore for years.

I have to partially stand corrected here; this one has zoning approval; but I can't find any evidence an SPA has even been applied for as yet.

This one is not happening before 2025 at the earliest.
