I know what you mean academically, but it's absolutely filled with asbestos and nobody (save the government, as we've seen with the most recent tenancy) is paying the rents that would warrant a full abatement and restoration. It certainly is a beautiful building, but given the aforementioned, what's your preferred solution?Crazy to see another good, large building become a teardown. What a system we have.
