LCH Developments have an upcoming building planned for Kingston & Galloway listed on their website, which will include some affordable housing units. Wonder if it's for this proposal:

It's affordable, rental, housing, that entitles it to a measure of slack in my mind.

The building is a tad pedestrian, but I'll cut it a pass overall.

But that ground floor needs some serious tweaks.

It looks really squat, and lacks adequate delineation from the floors above.

A brief mention in this article:

Non-profits are getting $39.5 million in municipal tax exemptions, grants and other incentives to build nearly 500 affordable homes in Scarborough.

(Among the recipients: )

Also selected this year was Community Affordable Housing Solutions (CAHS) — a non-profit created last year by Habitat for Humanity GTA and St. Clare’s Multifaith Housing Society — which is partnered with Lifestyle Custom Homes Inc. to build 120 units at 144 Galloway Rd.

Fresh lobbying on this one, still listed as 'affordable rental housing'.

Note, however, the address now includes 142 Galloway as well: (I'm not sure if this was previously included, but the AIC did not list it)

The old SPA is still active in the AIC.

Lobbying is today fresh.
