Interesting...........there's an extra property listed in addition, to 15 Charles..................16 Isabella.

An outline of the assembly as described in the City's AIC:

Note that I drew over a section of public lane between the 2 properties as said lane does not serve any other properties.

In seeing that, I believe (but don't know...) that this represents on-site parkland acquisition

Certainly, the Isabella fronting property is only ~20ft wide, it would seem a bit odd to extend a sliver of a building that far south.

This would appear to strand 14 Isabella, unless that property is redeveloped in conjunction with the Yonge Street properties.

.
I hope the bar/restaurant Ehwa at 16 Isabella can move to a new spot close by.

IBI really copy-and-pasting their 8 Wellesley design here. It’s nice though, but a bit disappointing to see two similar looking towers in a similar area with just the colour changed. Although, it’s certainly more interesting than the other buildings on Charles E.

WOW WOW AND WOW!! I love when Northern Light says docs are up!! Another surprise today with two gorgeous towers being proposed! Love the rustic orange columns of this facade! It adds flavor to the mostly blue, green, black and white buildings in the niebourhood! And would be even more pleasant sight to see if it were at a super-tall status!
