What's with all those tarps? I can understand they're pouring concrete but it's not cold yet as seen in the photos up above . Is there another reason for the coverage per each floor?

Cold, rain and wind are never a good mix with construction and, though it's not cold (yet) we are certainly having or will have all three.
 
A few photos taken end of day Monday, September 13th. You'll notice in the one photo how I always seem to capture the important lifts... a joke but important when you're working on top the elevator/building core. I had been wondering about the tarps as well. Also the scaffolding

on the elevator shaft? I don't recall that on the earlier floors but will go back and check.
