The current Your Neighbourhood Credit Union is redeveloping their own space, and will occupy a commercial unit under a new midrise building,
which sounds to be targeting the affordable rental sector.
Demolition is complete and, major construction is already underway, will provide photos soon.

Great material selection here, especially the warm hand laid brick, we need way more of these proper affordable mid sized rental projects.
Nearly done, some of the new parkette featured in the foreground, including free self cleaning washroom facilities.
Detailing here is good, good dispute to the standard.
So sad that this was the best picture I managed to get, but went past this one today on the ION and was very happy to see how this one has turned out.
Quite a handsome building, and the new parkette is really cute too. Need more builds like this in WR.
