This looks pretty decent for what and where it is. Some lowkey contemporary Berlin institutional vibes in the taller 5-storey section.

I really like the design since they retain that "heritage contemporary look" but I guess it's more of an industrial & office space rather than a Loft style living.

New renderings were added to the database. The height changed from 28.00m to 27.40m. The total parking space was reduced from 37 parking to 33 parking.
