"Proposal for a 9 storey, mid-rise mixed-use development, inclusive of 42 residential units. The development will feature 5,423.2 square metres of total Gross Floor Area (GFA), a Floor Space Index (FSI) of 3.45 times the lot area."

New renderings are updated in the database. The project information is also changed. The total unit count increased from 42 to 59 units. Total storey count changed from 9 to 11 storey. Overall building height increased from 32.40m to 38.40m. Finally, the total parking spaces changed from 23 parking to 19 parking.
