I don't get the lack of parking argument. It looks like each unit gets a garage and a driveway. The site plan literally shows cars in driveways and there are additional visitors spaces, all away from Drewry Avenue itself.

Also every house in that neighborhood has a driveway with room for at least 2-3 cars and there is street parking everywhere that no one uses...

I concur. I parked in this area recently to pick up some food along Yonge, and there was more than ample street parking.

Site Plan Application to permit the development of 45 three-storey townhouse units. The townhomes are proposed to be serviced by a new private road. As part of this application, it is proposed to convey public park space to the City of Toronto.
