That is quite the look for a tower, I like it. Very glad to be seeing more office space in the pipeline for Vaughan too.
 
The site is in the pre-application stages with the city according to this report:

Four building site with a 15-storey office tower, and other residential towers with the tallest one being 60 storeys. In this block includes 32,000 sqft of retail space, 447,782 sqft of office space, 624,312 of residential space, and 121,633 of hotel space. 730 residential units are included on the site.

It is located on one of SmartCentres Commuter parking lots, the one located just east of the subway station according to the below image taken from SmartCentres recent investment report:
