Great job @thomax This project is of part of future phase of Central Park project but I was attempting gonna to add a for new thread on the next day for 1803-1843 Rymal Rd proposed project on this. This will change the Central Park community with more mid to high-rise projects on the rise in this area.

I believe there was an FC in for the area along the Upper Red Hill Valley Parkway for another bunch of apartment blocks with something like 1,000 units too. This is going to be a quite dense part of Stoney Creek in a decade or so if they all happen.

Edit: 670 units at SoHo to the north, 812 units here, and the FC to the west of this site is for 936 units.. nearly 2,500 apartment units between them.

WOW this project is a beast, the rendering driving along Rymal just looks game changing. Makes me think of how Dundas from Waterdown to Mississuaga went from farm road to super dense highway of homes, towers and businesses. Love all the included retail I also say let's get this built!

Where is this 936 unit development you mentioned? I was under the impression that the lands west of the Upper Red Hill Valley Pkwy were for the Red Hill Business Park.
