That is a really clunky and awkward take on the frame motif. Genuinely awful. There are a hundred ways to do it right and they chose a way to do it wrong. : /

Maybe too early to tell with Prestige but hopefully HPA bought the gang a beer.
 
I guess they figured their design could no longer hide the cheap window wall that has always been their intention to go with. So might as well design it around that fact... /sigh
 
There we go I was waiting for the revised garbage version. Not a surprise, it's like SmartCentres likes to make all their developments in Toronto as dull as possible.

No new renderings are updated in the database! There is some information changed in the project details. The overall building height increased from 118.00m to 119.6m. The overall building storey count remains at 35 storeys. Lastly, the overall unit count decreased a bit from 439 units to 437 units.

Also taken from the Cover Letter:

"The development statistics have been updated with a total gross floor area of 345,853.8 ft2 (previously 347,461.1 ft2) comprising 344,634.3 ft2 of residential and 1,219.5 ft2 of retail. "
