There were two: a tiny, retrofitted, passenger elevator on the west side which was accessed from Duncan Street, and a massive, service elevator, on the east side, accessed from the loading dock at the rear:

This is my fav heritage project in the city. They've done a great job with it so far and I think building on top will look good too
 
The lowrise piece definitely has curved glass, just from looking at the anchor locations. I can't quite make out the pockets on the tower though. I can see it's curtainwall, but I can't see where the pockets at the corner are.

Edit: It won't be long before we know though. In @Red Mars second last photo you can see a big white "something" with Antamex logos on the third floor
 
bottom will be curved glass. a couple years ago they did a mockup of curved glass near the constructions site.
