After initially being proposed as 20 storeys, being revised multiple times, and taken to the OLT, the OLT has allowed a proposed 9-storey rental building designed by IBI Group for Medallion Corporation on the east side of Forest Avenue, north of Charlton Avenue East and south of Young Street in Hamilton's Stinson neighbourhood.
