2070 Rymal Road East: a proposed 10-storey mixed-use residential & commercial building developed by 1121209 Ontario Inc on the south side of Rymal Road East, west of Kingsborough Drive in Hamilton's Stoney Creek Mountain area.

The car wash / retail plaza was built in 2020 by Movengo. Unclear if they are the current proponent.

Seems the new 10 storey building must be located on the east side of the property, replacing the Seasonal Gifts flag store warehouse building.
