It is interesting that such a dense village is being built in Scarborough basically unnoticed.

Another massive KingSett project.

Kingsett is the manager for several billion dollar real estate investment and growth funds. They are looking to cash on rezoning the property. It's not a project until they either sell it or find a development partner.

crazy to imagine that there will/could be 13 condo towers all feeding off 1 (and only) signalized intersection

At least there is some commercial space proposed as part of this development proposal that could serve this community. The Planning Rationale Report and Transportation Study note a new north-south road between Village Green Square and Sheppard Ave., as outlined in the Agincourt Secondary Plan. This connection is desperately needed.

^ and also connect to Collingwood Park, Sheppard Ave (and whatever future higher-order transit gets built), and Agincourt GO Station. Regardless of what it connects to, the second access is needed. Imagine the Kennedy/Village Green intersection is closed for whatever reason, an alternative route is needed in and out of the community.
