Wow, it's like someone cares!

The mix of styles (in the way that it's about to be done at Mirvish Village) is exactly what we should be encouraging everywhere on the Avenues.

Either Studio JCI or Core based on Old Stonehenge's history. Looks more like Studio JCI to me.

This is a block east of Caledonia Road, so a few blocks east of Caledonia Crosstown station.

This is another R-hauz type development. Modular construction with 7 modular "units" lining the street front with slightly different facade articulations.

2116 EGLINTON AVE W
Ward 08 - North York District

Development Applications

Site Plan application for the proposal to permit a 9 storey building with 104 residential units including 10 live-work units at grade, resulting density of 5.3 times the lot area. The proposal would include 24 resident parking space, plus 2 care share parking spaces, 104 bicycle parking spaces. The loading and the pakring would be accessible from the existing laneway at the rear.

This will certainly help improve the overall appearance of a particularly dreary stretch of Eglinton.

There's raw bones for urbanity in its current form among the the Eg West intersections at Dufferin and Caledonia, but yeah this stretch in the middle does become fragmented. Kudos to Old Stonehenge for the forward planning. The Crosstown will be a major game changer in unlocking the potential of many similar plots of land along Eglinton.

Isn't this a bit backwards?

Normally we see the Zoning application first; if it isn't submitted concurrent to the SPA (site plan)
