I reckon Reserve Properties will work on marketing and building out this site once their Untitled Toronto is sold out and is in the construction stage. So maybe hitting sales sometime in a year or two, assuming the market is reasonable.

at first look i thought they have introduced new kind of balconies without any glass or boundary so people could fall easily. LOL!

nice design though. i hope Reserve properties will use some nice materials.

Some contemporary European vibes coming from this concept, along with some neat textural brick patterning at the base. This is a welcomed new direction by IBI.
