does anyone know if there will be a Costco gas station ?
If so, hope they will have better automobile line ups configurations. Some existing Costco gas station lineups end up on surrounding streets, because of the gasoline price hikes. Hope they include diesel. Would be better if they include EV (metered) charging stations in the parking lot.

Street fronting retail along both Islington and Rexdale? Certainly a huge improvement for that area...
Only in the realm of something is better than nothing, to me this looks like another Stockyards disaster, another horrible parking structure surrounded by a rampart of big box stores. Yuck.

For the Stockyards, the pedestrians, wheelchairs, and mobility challenged still have obstacles. Some parts of their so-called sidewalks are too narrow for pedestrians. Looks like they just made some last minute additions for people who walk in.

Would be amazing if they revised the plan a bit to include a Longo's. Could probably do something with the block to the north of the CT
