We have an update on this one. A new OPA is proposed which addresses this site, but also the sites to the north (no properties have changed ownership, and the proposal remains for 237 only)

The new OPA submitted does not seem to envision building on the properties to the north, but only seeks to advance this entitlement for now.
The proposed height has been revised downwards to 20s. I presume due to the Flight Path issue.
