Five, Massey Tower and Waterworks are stellar no doubt. However, I'm personally not a fan of the design of 55C based on the renderings. If the cladding materials on the finished product turns out to be quality, then it might just win me back though.

The old building is surprisingly interesting, with a thin profile and interesting concrete framing details. It's not another 1970s slab tower.

Totally deadening.

…is not only a mechanical penthouse, but also has two storeys of amenities in it, the lower floor including access to a 41st storey outdoor terrace as a further bonus. Personally I am always in favour of amenities located way up a building, it gives residents on lower levels a chance to take in the views too. Noice!
