Agreed. Doesn't sound like the amendment has included this either.

Seems like a very easy way for the province to keep their employment lands and get this development.
 
With the new proposal, everything has changed here. We have a front page story about it, and we've created a database file with a pile of renderings.

Nice European vibes, but again, Collectdev seems to be coming out with plenty of proposals and not much moving forward at the moment?

I hope some of their projects can actually be built.
 
I am not at all thrilled with the lack of office space in this proposal. Where is NBC Universal moving to?

Also, are those metal balcony railings? we have plenty of apartment buildings from the 70s that tells us why that's not a good idea. And these buildings overall do not look attractive, which is something that this area desperately needs.

I'm ok with the density, but we need to change the build form.

Consider the proposal a starting point. The City will definitely push back against the lack of 3-bedroom units.
