New to the AIC is this application to construct a new 29s residential building, as infill, behind an existing rental building, over its surface parking lot.
The site is fairly close to Bathurst and Steeles and is adjacent to two other intensification proposals which UT also has threads for:

Comments: I'll keep it brief here...........at first blush, looks pretty solid to me. While I wouldn't be surprised to see the height knocked down a bit, its not an unreasonable ask, and the proposal seems to represent a solid net gain for the community.
