The Town of Ajax is advancing several CIHA/MZO-requests to accelerate delivery of priority developments. This file is for 250 Rossland Rd E:
  • This request is to permit a mixed-use development with approximately 800 apartment dwelling units and a minimum of 9,300 m2 of non-residential gross floor area within buildings up to a maximum height of 25 storeys;
  • The applicant be required to provide a minimum 5% (~40 units) of units for affordable housing for a period of 25 years;

The lands east of Penn-Gaskell Drive, also addressed as 250 Rossland Road East and also owned by SunCity are zoned employment with plans for a business park that will be given its own database page + thread here.
