A welcome addition to a miserable street. Hopefully it will spark more mid rise development in the area.
Completely agree. A walk down the westside Parliament from Dundas to Shuter is to experience a combo of zombie/junkie apocalypse and vandalism, litter and neglect. I don’t think in my nearly 25 years in the area I have once seen a TPS officer walk this stretch of sidewalk. The sooner we can clear most of the entire block from Shuter to Dundas the better.

New rendering is updated in the database. The only changes are the height went from 28.10m to 28.70m. The total unit count increased from 69 to 80 units.

Zoning approval has been obtained for a site at 252 Parliament St. and construction of an approximately 55,000-square-foot, 80-unit building should start before the end of the year. It’s expected to take about two years to complete.
