They've made their annual resubmission here. Only stat change is a minor commercial GFA reduction.

At this rate, if they ever actually start this i feel like it's gonna be another version of that building at Bloor & Ossington that's been under construction since 2009 or so

Just so I am clear does this include the fire house? Why would they build 4s when as of right zoning will give them 8-10?

This doesn't include the fire house or the Green P parking lot. It's only the 2 storey building that used to have the convenience store. From my understanding, they're only depicting the fire house in the elevation drawings for surrounding context. They don't have a large enough assembly. And I reckon the property owner lacks the vision or resources to begin actioning this proposal.
