Project description:
Zoning bylaw Amendment application to permit the proposal for a 12-storey mixed use building on the south-east portion and a 3-storey semi-detached building in the south-west corner of the Subject Lands. The proposed residential building will front onto Keele Street. The proposal would be a total residential Gross Floor Area of 22,923.6 m2 and a density 3.44 times the lot area.

This development site includes 2808 Keele St (three-storey apartment building), 2810 Keele St (detached house), and is owned by Davpart

This is a block and a half north of Wilson on the west side, and immediately adjacent to Quadcam's 'The 2800' which was completed in early 2018.

New renderings are updated in the database! The overall building storey count remains the same at 12 storeys. The total overall building height remains the same at 41.0m. The total unit count increased from 290 units to 337 units. Lastly, the parking count increased from 165 parking spaces to 167 parking spaces.

I'm not a fan of the generic mechanical penthouses that lack design, but it has some decent details now like the terracing and the triangular balconies.
