New renderings are updated in the database! The overall building storey count remains the same at 12 storeys. The total overall building height remains the same at 41.0m. The total unit count increased from 290 units to 337 units. Lastly, the parking count increased from 165 parking spaces to 167 parking spaces.

I'm not a fan of the generic mechanical penthouses that lack design, but it has some decent details now like the terracing and the triangular balconies.

On a different note, it's a shame they're cutting down the mature street trees along Keele Street. The city should require preservation or replacement in Silva cells with irrigation to ensure that we get quality replacement street trees.
