I won't shed any tears for the houses that are being torn down, but I think the brown base looks absolutely terrible. Another go around in Photoshop to choose something less gaudy would not have gone amiss.

I appreciate the scale of the building, though. Finally something of a reasonable height!

The principle change seems to be that they've shifted the parking access from one side of the building to the other, and narrowed it a bit; they've built a connection to the Revera building.

The description of the revisions from the Cover Letter follows:

New renderings are updated in the database! There are minor changes to the project information. The total height changed from 100.60m to 100.05m. The total unit count increased from 260 units to 324 units. Finally, the total parking space count changed from 44 parking to 61 parking.

The storey count changed from 28 storey to 31 storey. Height changed from 100.03m to 107.40m. The total unit count changed from 324 units to 344 units. Finally, the total parking space increased from 61 parking to 83 parking.
