Project description:
Zoning By-law Amendment Application to facilitate the development of the site for 3 mixed-use towers ranging in height from 25-37 storeys. The proposed non-residential gross floor area is 522 square metres, and the proposed residential gross floor area is 67,992.0 square metres. A total of 935 residential dwelling units are proposed.

The development site includes 2956-2990 Eglinton Ave E (three single-storey commercial buildings & a church) and is owned by RioCan REIT.

Site Size: ~0.9ha/ 2.3 ac

Comments:

Directly across from Eglinton GO is good.
Better with an EELRT which is not yet being built, site plan should ensure any required space in the ROW for platforms.
 
At least it's not Turner Fleischer so that's a plus already. I think they have their massing flipped backwards, it should step down from right to left (Torrance to Bellamy) to account for those homes and townhouses behind it, not the opposite way around.

This can turn out to be decent...if RioCan actually chooses to not cheap out on materials like they normally do on a large chunk their developments.
