This is a 35s rental building proposed for the parking garage that currently services the DoubleTree in downtown London. The hotel was originally going to be converted into residential, but that idea has since been scrapped. Zoning application was approved recently, but the website has not been updated yet.

This will fill a nice big hole in the core.

No major update here, but a few photos from this morning. They appear to be in the process of painting over the concrete of the DoubleTree hotel, and based on the scaffolding on the roof, it looks like the Delta may also be seeing some gussying up soon:

I presume the brick cladding is meant to match the respective London Armouries (heritage building) there?
