gotta love the knockoff retail brands.. "M&H", "Coffee" in signature starbucks green letters, "Chloe" with the "Joeys" logo..

This one has also been bouncing around in approvals for a while now. They got zoning around a year ago for it IIRC.

What's Going On Here? The Stratus Centre in Toronto

Called the Stratus Centre in Toronto, this project in Milliken from the Scarborough-based Oskar Group, offering one level of retail space and five storeys of “ethonomic workplaces,” is in the detailed design and final site plan approval stage. Its launch is planned for 2019.

Just the facts:

• Retail spaces are customizable from 1,500 to more than 10,000 square feet.

• “Ethonomic workplace,” means this development will be a “hybrid of technology, innovative design and social responsibility.”

• Project aspires to LEED green-building status and to have a green roof, electric vehicle charging stations, extra storage and showers for cyclists and a large “green-themed” wall.

• More than 35,000 square feet of retail and 80,000 square feet of office space on 2.3 acres.

• The hoarding says 321 Silver Star Boulevard, but official street address is 2181 McNicoll Avenue.
