Proposed redevelopment of the Fieldgate Plaza located near the northeast corner of Bloor Street and Fieldgate Drive. The site is site is situated about halfway between Dixie Road and the Toronto border.

The applicant proposes to redevelop the site with three (3) residential apartment buildings with heights of 13-, 18- and 22-storeys. The proposal also consists of townhouse units along Ponytrail Drive. Commercial and retail uses are proposed at-grade along Fieldgate Drive, and a new private north-south lane is proposed through the centre of the site to support access to the buildings. The proposal also provides for new public parkland.

I don't believe it'll be build.
Not until developer buys the gas station at Fieldgate & Bloor corner.
I doubt this gas station does very well.
There are two others at Dixie & Bloor.
