A proposal for a 30,000 square metre logistics warehouse located in the southwest corner of the Appleby Line/407 interchange in Burlington.

There are some differences in the numbers posted on the City of Burlington website and the architectural documents, but for now I am going off of what the official documents say.

I know this is a rather insignificant project in the grand scheme of the GTA, but it's quite significant for this part of Burlington, and worth having in the database.

The employment areas along the 407 in Halton have struggled for a while - it’s good to see projects like this. Most development that’s managed to happen up here so far is more marginal employment uses like churches, self storage, government uses, etc.

So, this was never even changed to under construction, but it's complete haha. Took them just a few months

Yes, not sure if it's operating yet, but construction is pretty well done
