Orange-brown and a clean shade of white doesn't strike me as a great combination of colours or design choice.

Literally no one:

Developer: let’s have an urban living room!

(I absolute hate the Spadina side ground floor of this so much.)

The colour choices are a big plus: white + brown brick! So much nicer than that flood of green/blue glass and grey (absolute torture) that proliferated the last 20 years.

Development sign now up on site, as I drink my bubble tea on the platform waiting for the bus to go home. :)

This one went to the Design Review Panel recently, and it didn't find too many friends

This is proposed by Starbank Development Group 350 Corp, who it seems mostly own small plazas or individual stores, no web presence that I have found.

I'm curious about how this project moves forward. Fwiw, on their community engagement website it mentions that a joint team of Andrin Homes, The Brown Group of Companies, Streetwise Properties, and Lakeview Homes are involved here.

Ah, thank you!! Database updated with those companies' names, renumbering, and recent front page story corrected to reflect the group name.

Still with the “urban living room.” Why not widen the sidewalk, which is uncomfortably narrow?
