Wow that's a big parking lot! On the plus side, at least the buildings will be along the street. Though I'm curious if McDonald's is a savvy choice. I haven't been inside one in years, so I don't know for sure, but I'd think their sales/market share would be in decline for being such an American brand. Granted, this proposal would have been put together before the annexation threats.

The Mcdonalds here is now under construction, for what it is worth.

this Mcdonalds opened last week, perhaps this should be changed back to pre-construction or to on hold now.

@Branden Simon always seems to have the Hamilton scoop, if there's any other work going on here on the res parts.

End of year update: Mcdonald's is complete and open, but there has been no work on the townhome blocks. I think it would make sense to put this back to pre-construction until that starts up.
