That No Frills will eventually get turned into a condo that will block the view of the CN Tower but until then that's a great view!

The people who own units on the south side of 383 area going to have a lot of fun looking right in the windows of the north side of 363 and vice versa. Big huge windows not 20 feet aways from other big huge window. Separated only by a driveway. So crazy.

@Marcanadian and I went up to the top floor terraces this past evening of 383 Sorauren to get some pics of the Supermoon over the skyline. The clouds made that a little difficult, but the views were fun nevertheless!

How did you get into the building after 5:00pm? Are you saying you were an intruder? I must call the authorities! :p
Just kidding. Great shots.

Doesn't bother me at all.

Funny to see hawc harping on the standard midrise 5.5m sideyard setback again. Especially when RWL has ample setback from their laneway and minimal windows

A bunch from today because this building deserves to be photographed often and from every available angle.

There are a number of details and material choices here that not every developer would select. Spending more on certain things means your building looks better but your bottom line is a bit less.

It takes an enlightened and caring individual / company to do what Bill and Gairloch (and the rest of the team) have done here.
