The proposal includes a gross floor area of approximately 10,144 square metres, resulting in a density of 4.38 FSI. The proposal also incorporates a 232 square metre on-site parkland dedication on the western portion of the subject site, which will expand Hendon Park easterly and increase its street frontage on Hendon Avenue by approximately 9.1 metres.
