Me too ! But it's not downstairs ... close enough I guess. 500 Wellington is closer or whatever that other one is.
 
^ No, Spin is literally right behind this building, separated only by a small alley. 500 Wellington is further west.
 
4 August 2012: I decided today this project reminds me of some of the more conservative (& dull) suburban Montreal projects. Had potential, but overall just a sombre bore.

Give it some time UD, once the retail goes in with the cafe/patio space, the front part will come to life. As well, the condo board here is contemplating some changes to the front entrance area to spice it up a bit. Think of it as a good canvas to build from as time goes on. Some folks on the upper floors have invested heavily into their terrace spaces. They're not boring at all - you just can't see them.
