Wow, very bold design, and another flatiron??

Can't get too excited - fast forward a year or two and the final proposal will be a grey spandrel littered box chopped in half.

There's also a wide variety of interesting companies at this building that contribute greatly to the area. If this development were to move forward at some point in the future I hope there's consideration to reincorporate commercial/employment for creative usages.

The three storey expanse of straight glass at grade can certainly gtfo in favour of something warmer and more engaging.
