Site Plan Application initially submitted in 2022 (now approved) proposing a 5-storey / 47-unit residential building on the east side of East 42nd Street, north of 11th Avenue and south of 10th Avenue in Hamilton's Hampton Heights neighbourhood.

Unfortunate that we need to replace existing multi-unit housing for this instead of any of the nearby SFHs but I don't see any really reason to oppose this. I hope they at least replace all the existing family sized units they remove and its not all just 1 bedrooms.
