Too much blank/undefined space over the retail store fronts...........

The corner is reasonable in that regard, if the signage is done correctly.........but those fat bits..............well..........sometimes sophisticated sounding criticism is not required.......they look stupid!

Really need some definition around where the signage should go too..................it's workable w/o, but then the signage needs to be of uniform vertical height; and/or needs to scale in exact proportion to the change in height over the glass.
