Another tall building proposal for downtown London, this time a 40s mixed-use residential tower backing out onto Harris Park by Farhi Holdings Corporation. The three buildings that currently occupy the site along Ridout Street are known as The Ridout Street Complex and listed as a Natural Historic Site of Canada and will not be touched in the development. The historic building at 451 Ridout Street North has a newer (non-historically designated) addition on the back that extends down into Harris Park, which will become part of the building podium. Despite this, there was a lot of opposition from heritage advocates. The zoning was approved by the city of London in 2021. A heritage advocacy group challenged the zoning at the OLT shortly after approval, but dropped the challenge in mid-2022. No news since then.

There was formerly more information and high-resolution renderings on the City of London development applications website, but a lot of information was removed from the page.
