Pre-consultation for a 54, 42 & 28-storey mixed-use development designed by ZO1 for ML Development on the north side of Steeles, east of Kennedy and west of Old Kennedy, just north of Milliken GO Station.

I think the Milliken Centre secondary plan has a height limit of 25 storeys, so this is double that.
 
Likely appropriate density for a future subway/RER interchange, area is hardly some urban paradise though. Guess that's what the 70%-ish parking ratios for.

Stouffville GO will be RER/GO expansion at Milliken Station here.

But there is no higher order transit for this section of Steeles on the near or medium term horizon. In 40 years, maybe............but in the next 20, fairly close to zero chance. An outside shot at BRT Lite.

My bad lol got mixed up between Steeles and Sheppard, Scarborough all kind of just blurs into one unknown quantity in my mind.

Never realized how relatively short the trip to Union is from this far north, Google Maps is saying 36min from Milliken which is really not bad. I've had longer trips to the core from Trinity Bellwood's on particularly bad streetcar days.
