Great location within Kingston. That whole stretch of Princess Street from Division Street through Bath Rd has a lot of potential.

I'm sure there's  some development in Sudbury and Thunder Bay we could follow. Then it's Urban Ontario.

(Don't worry about including my old hometown of Ottawa - they're used to being ignored and comfortable with a chip on the shoulder)
