Here's what it looks like now. But according to the rendering, it appears as if the vehicular laneway will be converted to a pedestrian zone.

I have been wondering for a long time when this building was going to get renovated. Seems very valuable (if small) given the area.
 
They've been doing work on the building for a few months now -- not a whole lot visible on the exterior yet, but hopefully soon. It'll make a great addition to the warehouse district.
 
I thought this thread was supposed to be " High and Mid-rise". Why is a 3 story project in this thread?
 
only street accessed residential projects are in the lowrise section. If it is not residential, or has an internal hallway access system to access the units, the building qualifies as a "highrise" for the purposes of the forum.
 
That's perfect for them. Glad that they won't be disappearing when their building comes down.
