From the lobbyist registry, we see these lands are in play.

Details for Subject Matter Registration: SM32421

Also included is this building at the eastern extreme of the assembly:

Site Size: ~04.ha/ 1 ac

Heritage: ?? This last building may be listed, nothing is designated. 4884 shows as listed. But the lot to the east (perhaps said listing) appears to be vacant.

Precedents in the area have quite a range from under 10s to 25s+

New App into the AIC here for a 12s building.

But as compared w/the original properties being lobbied which I listed above this one runs 2884-4894

As this may simply be an omission, I won't change the thread title at this time.

Hope this project happens. This is a great stretch on Dundas that has so much potential to be like a King or Queen Street.
Me too. The strip has decent urban bones but could be so much better than it is.

Anyone know what is happening to the Rexall? There's another one at Cloverdale Mall but that's being transformed as well.

New renderings are updated in the database. Renderings are taken from the architectural plan via SPA. The storey count changed from 12 storey to 29 storey. Height changed from 48.00m to 100.88m. The total unit count increased from 225 units to 395 units. Finally, the total car parking reduced from 89 car parking to 86 car parking.

Definitely support the increase in density of this building but not really happy with another glass building with no character.

I would rather have a wider building that's shorter with the same number of units that continues the brick and glass fronting.

This one is the subject of an Appeals Report to the next meeting of EYCC:

Appealed by applicant in June '23; first CMC was Sept '23 and the hearing is now scheduled for June '24.

Staff support intensification here, but have a list of objections to the current form of the proposal too long to copy/paste; follow the link for the details.
