On Carlyle's website. It doesn't include the corner lot, 480 Adelaide West.

A historic warehouse packed with potential.

Carlyle acquired 490 Adelaide with the vision of transforming the hundred-year-old, brick and beam warehouse into an exciting new commercial development.
Historically a hub of the city’s thriving garment industry, the King West neighbourhood is now a hotspot for fine dining, nightlife, and world-class cultural institutions such as the Toronto International Film Festival. As an income-producing asset, the property was acquired as a long-term hold with the potential for future redevelopment. Well positioned between the 501 and 504 streetcar lines and steps from two future Ontario Line transit stations, its highly-accessible downtown location makes it an excellent investment.

It’s interesting that it’s not being redeveloped together given it was previously offered for sale together at one point, and seems like plans for the 2-storey restaurant at the corner has either been stalled or cancelled (this was before the suspicious fire at 490). Maybe it’s easier and more cost effective to repurpose the existing building than to build from the ground up next door.
480 Adelaide and its surface parking lot is such an eyesore, and it would be nice to bring some life to this corner as it faces the park and Waterworks Food Hall.
