This isn't the type of development I would usually make a thread about in Burlington, but I think this is rather interesting due to the heritage home being retained and its location immediately across from a large plaza
"This application will permit the development of 16 townhouses and retain the designated heritage house known as the “Walker House”. The proposed townhouses will have a maximum building height of 3.5 storeys (13 metres), a maximum density of 42 units per hectare, 1,108m² of amenity space and four visitor parking spaces."
The site consists of 3 detached homes - 490, 496, and 508 Walkers Line - with 496 being the heritage home being retained as part of this project. As you can see in the renderings, the plan is to match the colour of the new brick to the existing home's brick as closely as possible. To add to my above comment, this is located across from a large retail area, and within 1km of a grocery store, pharmacy, a community centre, multiple banks, churches, parks, and elementary schools, and a high school, plus many restaurants.
